This is the first of its kind Latino Health Summit bringing together health insurance companies, governmental agencies, federally qualified health centers, providers, integrated health systems, specialists, community centers, latino centers and the public into one room to discuss how to collaborate towards a healthier latino community, making it the first of its kind.
What is included with Latino Health Summit Admission registration?
Access to the Pennsylvania 1st Annual Latino Health Summit. Our State’s largest and premium Latino health summit with breakout sessions. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon break, social networking reception also included.
What is included in Latino Health Summit Vendor Expo Only registration?
Access to over 45 plus vendors looking to educate you on their services. This registration type is open to the public and complimentary admission.
Why is the statewide health summit being held in Lancaster County?
Lancaster is one of the largest and fastest growing counties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where most recently several health care mergers have happened. We, at Latino Connection believe that Lancaster was the best county in our Commonwealth to host our 1st.
What is early bird registration?
Discounted access to the Pennsylvania Statewide 1st Annual Laitno Health Summit at $65. Official registration is $75 starting on 02/01/2018.
When is the deadline to register?
We encourage everyone to register early, since space is limited. No additional registrations will be accepted on or after March 31, 2018.
I have a food allergy. May I request a different meal type?
Yes, your health and dietary restrictions are a priority to us. Please let us know in the NOTES field when registering, or by calling our office at 717-963-7218.
I registered for the Latino Health Summit, but I am now unable to make it. Am I able to request a refund?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the venue's requirement for a headcount prior to the event, we are unable to grant requests for refunds. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available
For overnight guests: Discounted overnight parking is available under your room block for a $12 overnight self-parking rate. This fee will be added to your room bill and the front desk will validate your parking ticket at check-in.
For day guests: Self parking for day guests will receive a discounted rate of $7 for the day. Discounted tickets will be distributed at registration. You will need initial ticket and this $7 ticket upon exiting garage.
Handicap parking spaces are clearly marked on each level of the Penn Square Garage. In the garage, signs to direct you to the hotel and convention center are readily available.

As a sponsor /vendor, do we get to include a marketing item or health literature in your event swag bag?
Yes, all sponsors and vendors are encouraged to include a marketing trinket or healthy literature in our swag bag. All items are to be mailed no later than March 15, 2018 to:

Is there a limited number of booth spaces?
Yes, vendor spaces are limited. Please register as soon as possible. A confirmed vendor is a vendor who fills out their registration form and pays their registration fee.
